I had a friend who was really fond of travelling. After getting a great job in one of the country's most sought-after companies, she decided to save money so that she could go on a tour anytime. Well she did that and more. She was able to visit about 10 countries in just 5 years of working with the company. She had a lot of luck all right. Now, she's planning to go on an Asian Tour with me. She told me to get my passport and visa ready since its needed badly once we started on our journey. Well I followed her advice and applied for my VISA and Passport. I was expecting to receive a small booklet with my photo and important information on it. Much to my surprise, the passport given to me was already an electronic passport. The Passport Electronic Chip contained the vital information like the one that I expected to appear in the old type of Passport. My friend told me that it's the new kind of technology for the modern travelers.
