Proper Diet and Exercise Can Bring You a New Lease of Life

I was not very health conscious till I walked into the gymnasium for the very first time. Once I started my workout, my entire routine got changed. I started waking up in the early morning to start my workout. After that a cup of protein shake to compensate for the effort I put into. I found amazing results and this thought came up in mind that, if you work hard sincerely, you will get the results for sure.I was kind of obese and find difficulty in doing my daily jobs. When I find a t-shirt of my taste, it usually does not fit into me. My doctor warned me about the rising cholesterol levels and necessity of workouts. I walked into the gym with little hopes, but the changes were abrupt. I do exercise for nearly one and a half hours and avoided junk foods. Followed the diet for nearly six months and I am leading a healthy life.

I now also use hot tubs and steam rooms after my sessions to help me unwind if I do work out in the evenings - gives me a great night's sleep.
