Government grants are really helpful especially to poor students.

My family was a low income family and I was afraid I was not going to proceed to the university after high school due to the costs involved. I was always doing very well in school and I knew that I was going to be selected to study in the university immediately after high school, but now I knew my family could not afford it. I sought the advice of my school counselor and she referred me to a grants expert who was concerned about education grants to capable children from poor families. He had helped so many students in getting grants to study in colleges after high school according to the counselor. This is the guy who helped me in getting university grants from the government. He directed me on how I was going to write an application letter for the grants. I got enough money for school fees and maintenance. I am in my final year in the university, doing law and I have been getting grants all these years. What could I have done if the government was not offering these grants?
